How many weddings do you take per year?

Every year is a bit different, but this year we only accepting 20 weddings. This is done so that our clients receive the best experience. Quality over quantity!

How long have you been a photographer?

I (Ben) started back in 2011 when a good friend of mine gifted me their Canon 60d (yes… gifted). My photography career started like everyone else- taking pictures of grass blades and debris. Grass blades eventually turned into portraits, and portraits into weddings. I shot my first wedding in 2014.

Where are you based out of?

San Francisco, CA!

How many images do you include?

It varies from package to package but on average we deliver around 800 high resolution images. We do not based our pricing on the number of photos delivered because we believe in giving our client the full documentation of their day. Don’t worry we got you!

What’s your turnaround time?

On contract our turnaround time is 10 weeks. We do try to have all photos delivered earlier rather than later, but 10 weeks gives us enough time to put the time and attention to every single one of your images.

How do payment schedules work?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your spot on the calendar, and the remaining 50% is due 3 months in advance for weddings, 2 months in advance for other shoots. You can split these payments (up to 3 payments) if you’d like help making it more affordable. We’re happy to discuss options with you!

What if we cancel or reschedule our Shoot or wedding?

If you’ve already put a deposit down to secure a date and then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable, and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date.

Do you give Raw Unedited Images?

No, we do not! We believe that editing is a huge portion of creative process. And it’s what you pay us for! :)

Can you photoshop Us?

We prefer not to tamper with the photo too much. We will get rid of the occasional random branch or that single strand of hair in your face… basically anything that will take away from the image. But we like you just the way you are! However, if there is something you are self conscious about please let me know and I’ll be sure to be mindful during our sessions. We want you to look the very best!

What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?

This is the worst case scenario, as it would only happen if it were out of our control (act of God, illness, death, etc) but in this case we would do my best to help find a replacement photographer to take our place that we trust with a similar style, although we are not legally held to do so. If we can’t make it to your wedding your money will be refunded.

What if there’s bad weather?

We always encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way, as it helps create a beautiful and unique photo experience. Some of our best wedding photographs have been in pouring rain. If weather conditions become too severe, however, where our photo shoot would be unsuccessful, then we will have to reschedule.

Do you help in the planning process?

Absolutely! We’ve done so many weddings and know the industry pretty well at this point! Let us know what you need help with, if you need recommendations, and if there’s anything we can do to make the process easier for you!


We just ask for the bare minimum (flight, transportation, stay), and we cover the rest!  

For booking, we book our own travel and stay. Before making any purchases we will be confirming logistics and pricing with you to ensure no surprise cost! Payment for travel expenses will be due within a week after receiving your invoice.

You can estimate costs by checking how much hotels/airbnbs typically cost in the area we will be staying, how much roundtrip flights are from SJC, and rental cars are typically around $50 per day or less when booked in advance.
